Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Costa Rica: We ship with Correos de Costa Rica. Domestic shipping is always free.
- International: We partner with DHL for worldwide delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier operations.
Estimated delivery times:
- Costa Rica: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- International: 3–15 business days (may vary by region).
Shipping Costs
- Costa Rica: Free shipping on all orders.
- International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
